This pack includes everything you need to give your clients the safest and secure hosting experience they deserve!
How it works
You supply us with a dedicated server installed with a fresh operating system, all the supported operating systems are listed below.
We install and license the Directadmin control panel and commission (secure & harden) your server ready for production use.
Once we have finished the commissioning process we hand the server back to you, including the usernames and passwords needed to administer your server.
We monitor the services running on your server (apache, ssh, ftp, etc) 24/7 at 2 minute intervals. If one of the services fails, we login to your server and correct the problems to get the service back up & running, we then notify you of the error and the cause of the failure.
We will update your server with any security patches and software upgrades as soon as they are available.
If at any point you decide you don’t require our services anymore you can cancel at anytime, you will just need to notify us you wish to cancel, and to agree a termination date for our directadmin licensing and monitoring services. Please be aware that the license will expire on the termination date and you will need to purchase a license directly from directadmin to continue using the control panel.
Requirements
A dedicated server or VPS with 1 or more external IP addresses.
A fresh install of one of the following operating systems already installed on the server:
» Fedora Core 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
» RHEL / CentOS 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6, 5.0, 5.1 (64-bit: 4.1 - 4.6, 5.0,5.1)
» FreeBSD 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.2.1, 5.3, 5.4, 6.0, 6.1, 6.2
» Debian Sarge/Woody 3.1/Etch 4.0/Ubuntu (these are all variants of debian)
Pricing
The initial setup cost is £45.00. This fee is for the server setup & commissioning.
The monthly cost is £25.00. This fee is for the management services.
